Nadja Bester is a strategist, founder, speaker, and behavioural systems thinker with 20 years of experience in strategic growth architecture, 200+ global launches shipped, and $300M+ in decentralised capital influenced. She holds a degree in psychology and has spent her career at the intersection of human behaviour, narrative design, and emerging technology.

She began decentralising in 2012, launching an international digital marketing agency and directing worldwide campaigns for Aspen Pharma (JSE: APN), a $10B pharmaceutical company, across 50+ markets as head of global digital strategy. She entered crypto in 2017 when Bitcoin was under $1,900, advising ICOs that collectively raised $300M+ and contributing to Bitcoin.com, BeInCrypto, and Investing.com.
